**Job Summary:**  

We are looking for a proactive and personable Bilingual Candidate Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in identifying, screening, and placing qualified commercial drivers and transportation personnel with our clients. Fluency in Spanish and English is crucial for connecting with a diverse pool of candidates and ensuring seamless communication.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- **Talent Sourcing:** Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract commercial driving candidates.  

- **Candidate Screening:** Conduct interviews in Spanish and English to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.  

- **Pipeline Management:** Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates to meet ongoing client needs.  

- **Client Collaboration:** Partner with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.  

- **Onboarding Support:** Guide candidates through the hiring process, including application assistance, credential verification, and onboarding coordination.  

- **Relationship Building:** Develop strong relationships with candidates to create a positive experience and foster long-term engagement.  

- **Compliance:** Ensure candidates meet all industry-specific qualifications, including licensing and safety requirements.

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

- Route Type: Dedicated Run

- Route Locations: Pick-up and Drop-off at locations in Cumming, GA, Tennessee

(TN), and Alabama (AL)

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off

- Home Time: 3 days home per week

- Compensation: $1,300-$1,400 weekly, no taxes deducted (1099 position)

- Benefits: No benefits offered

- Freight Details: No-touch freight, no chaining required; driver must strap and tarp loads

- Start Date: Immediate placement, no later than **March 10, 2025**

- Report Time: 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday

- Training: 1-2 days paid training added to payroll check.

- Owner covers the full cost of drug screening

- Dispatch: Loads dispatched daily to the driver
